I finally started meditating again....I haven't done it in a while and the other day one of my climbing buddies told me he meditated for an hour the other day and I realized that I'm still at the beginning.....the beginning of my meditation practices....the beginning of my spiritual journey towards finding myself.....the beginning of enlightenment... it is going to be a long slow journey but I'll get there eventually....
